(1)  Remove the waste vibration shaft. Each shaft has four shake points to accelerate the shake frequency and improve the shake effect.

(2)  The shaking belt adopts cylindrical high elastic belt, which has good elasticity and does not damage the paperboard.

(3)  The belt shaft adopts grooved pulley, which is convenient to increase or decrease the belt at will according to the actual size of the paperboard, to ensure the smooth passage of the special-shaped carton and avoid damage to the paperboard.

(4)  The back end of the waste cleaning department is equipped with a brush and a blowing device to prevent waste paper from returning to the surface of the paperboard, which has reached the best effect of waste cleaning.

(5)  The lower end of the waste cleaning department is equipped with a waste paper export device to facilitate the collection of waste paper, save labor and reduce the operation intensity.

(6)  14mm thick steel plate is used as the wallboard on both sides of the waste removal section.
