1.本機(jī)齒輪厚度50mm 采用40鉻鋼鍛打件調(diào)質(zhì)處理，齒輪加工完成后在經(jīng)高頻淬火處理硬度可達(dá)45-48HRC。整機(jī)配有真空吸附輔助前緣送紙系統(tǒng)，送紙方式具有一次性完成瓦楞紙板的印刷、開(kāi)槽、模切等功能。電腦操控部采用多組通訊式電腦調(diào)整，主機(jī)電腦采用大屏PLC統(tǒng)一控制系統(tǒng)，可單獨(dú)控制送紙部、印刷部、開(kāi)槽部、模切部，印刷版輥安裝有掛板歸零裝置，并配有反正腳踏開(kāi)關(guān)。

2.開(kāi)槽部預(yù)壓雙壓線輪，該機(jī)開(kāi)槽深度和360°相位為電腦電動(dòng)，開(kāi)槽刀盤(pán)和壓線輪預(yù)壓輪左右移動(dòng)均為絲桿電動(dòng)點(diǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)整，并附有尺標(biāo)讀數(shù)。開(kāi)槽相位調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)為行星齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)，整機(jī)傳動(dòng)軸接紙軸距最190mm可實(shí)現(xiàn)最小200mm紙板通過(guò)。

The slotting phase adjustment mechanism adopts a planetary gear structure, and the transmission shaft of the entire machine can pass through a minimum of 200mm cardboard with a maximum distance of 190mm.
